Vote Vancouver:

A City That Works for Everyone

Vancouver is one of the most beautiful and creative cities in the world, but too many people are finding it harder to live, work, and thrive here. It’s time for change; time to make City Hall work for people again.

Vote Vancouver is about helping our world-class city be more affordable, more vibrant, and truly ours.

Our Vision: Service. Vision. Trust.

We are building a city government that serves the people of Vancouver. Our plan is built on three principles that will guide how we govern.

Vote Vancouver: A City That Works for Everyone

  • SERVICE

Fix the Basics and Deliver Results

Service — Fix the Basics and Deliver Results

Vancouver needs a City Hall that simply works. That means getting the fundamentals right. It means: efficiently, transparently, and with common sense.

+ Fixing the broken permitting system so home builders and small businesses can move forward without years of red tape.

+ Investing in neighbourhood infrastructure: public works, parks, libraries, sidewalks, and public spaces where people gather and connect.

+ Reviewing city services to keep costs under control and ensure your tax dollars deliver real value, and are predictable, so families and local businesses can plan and thrive.

Our goal: Less bureaucracy. More action. A city that works.

  • VISION

Build a City That’s Affordable, Innovative, and Inclusive

Vancouver should be a place where everyone can build a life, raise a family, and look to the future with confidence.

+ Support innovators, entrepreneurs, and green industries to grow a new, sustainable economy.

+ Lead a coordinated Downtown Eastside plan bringing together all three levels of government to ensure we deliver housing, health care, treatment, and safety to restore dignity and opportunity.

+ Plan for long-term growth that keeps Vancouver livable — aligning housing, transit, and services with smart, local decision-making.

Our goal: A thriving, balanced city where every generation has a future.

  • TRUST

Restore Integrity and Accountability at City Hall

People have lost faith in City Hall — and for good reason. Vote Vancouver will bring honesty, transparency, and accountability back into local government.

+ We support the Integrity Commissioner’s office; we believe it should not be abolished.

+ Keep the Vancouver Parks Board in place, and reinstate the efficiency work that was in process before Ken Sim tried to dismantle the Parks Board.

+ Rebuild meaningful public consultation — real dialogue before decisions, not after.

+ Make decisions in public, not behind closed doors.

Our goal: Leadership you can trust — transparent, accountable, and focused on you.

Rebecca Bligh has spent seven years serving on Vancouver City Council. She’s worked across party lines, built partnerships in every neighbourhood, and stood up for practical, people-first leadership.

As a mother and small business advocate, Rebecca understands what it means to fight for a better future and to believe in what is possible.

This campaign isn’t about left or right. It’s about raising expectations for leadership, for service, and for what our city can achieve together.

Our City. Our Future.
