Broken streetlights. E-scooters on sidewalks. Bad intersections. Bike routes that suddenly disappear. 

Rebecca will commit to repairing broken streetlights within 72 hours of reporting, reviewing crosswalk timing to make it accessible, fixing known cycling trouble spots, and bringing in clear safety rules for e-scooters. 

She’ll also complete the Broadway bike lane and improve connections to the routes around it.

The Broadway Subway shouldn’t stop at Arbutus. 

Rebecca will push to finish the job and extend SkyTrain to UBC, making thousands of trips faster and taking pressure off some of Vancouver’s busiest roads.

You shouldn’t have to spend your lunch meeting wondering whether your bike is still outside. 

Rebecca will turn underused Downtown EasyPark space into free seasonal bike valets, providing secure bike parking while people work, shop, or spend time downtown. 

Sometimes you need a place to sit, meet a friend or grab a coffee without having to buy a ticket or book a table. 

Rebecca will create 10 new pedestrian plazas over four years, adding more welcoming public spaces to neighbourhoods across Vancouver.

Anyone who has tried to cross Vancouver at rush hour knows we need more options. 

Rebecca will deliver an all-electric passenger ferry program that offers another way to access the city, making trips easier for passengers while taking pressure off our roads. 

Parking shouldn’t make a medical appointment, quick errand or trip to a local business harder than it needs to be. 

Rebecca will review meter rates and locations, protect short-term and accessible parking around medical facilities and places seniors rely on, and introduce a simple prepaid parking pass for people who don’t use parking apps. 

She’ll also improve turnover in short-term spaces so more people can find parking.
