Amee Barber is a researcher, public affairs specialist, and community advocate with a PhD from the University of Alberta. She has lived across Canada advising decision-makers within hypergrowth startups to major multinationals across the fields of health, energy, biotechnology, agriculture, and technology.

An outdoor enthusiast, she is passionate about environmental stewardship, growing green spaces and improving accessibility. She believes Vancouver's facilities and natural areas are critical to the health and wellbeing of residents and should be protected.
