Over the last several months since I decided to run for office in the upcoming civic election for Park Board Commissioner has taught me something important about the incredible city of ours: It takes an army of allies to make change.

Since I embarked on this journey, you and many others have kept showing up — for me, and for the future of this city we all love. You’ve offered time, skills, insight and encouragement. It’s been humbling, inspiring and emboldening. And it has also lit a fire under me to do everything in my power to become the Commissioner you all deserve.

As I head into the 45 day leadup to the election, I hope you will join me on September 11th to celebrate and support the final stretch of my campaign over drinks, snacks and a beautiful view with friends, neighbours, and a group of folk that truly care about the future of Vancouver. This campaign is about building community, so if you know someone who cares about Vancouver's future, please forward this invitation or bring a plus 1 or 3.

This is also a fundraiser to help power our campaign. For those able to contribute, a donation of $100 is encouraged, but if you're able to contribute $200, $500, or more, your support will directly fund voter outreach, campaign materials, and help us elevate our platform in a crowded field.
